Admission is FREE with advance registration for community association managers, board members, board presidents, active HOA members and industry professionals. Please register in advance by filling out the Attendee Registration form or by calling 1-800-374-6463.
Location, Directions & Getting There
The Tampa Bay Condo & HOA Expo will take place for one day only at the well-known Tampa Convention Center. Situated in the heart of downtown Tampa, accessibility is one of the many benefits the Tampa Convention Center has to offer. The large complex is conveniently located off interstate highways, close to some of Florida's most popular attractions, hotels, historic locations, downtown business, shopping malls, and restaurants.

Important Parking Info & Codes
Park in the Tampa Convention Center Garage, with entrance at 333 S Franklin St. Once parked, immediately use the pay machines and enter coupon code "HSEXPO" for free parking.
NOTE: If the TCC garage is full when you arrive, you may also use the coupon code "8SFDHG" at nearby Fort Brooke garage. We do not have the ability to validate parking in any other downtown garages or parking lots at this time.. You must enter the code at the pay machine immediately after parking. The coupon codes will NOT work on the mobile application.
