Admission is FREE with advance registration for community association managers, board members, board presidents, active HOA members and industry professionals. Please register in advance by filling out the Attendee Registration form or by calling 1-800-374-6463.

The Tampa Bay Condo & HOA Expo will take place for one day only at the well-known Tampa Convention Center. Situated in the heart of downtown Tampa, accessibility is one of the many benefits the Tampa Convention Center has to offer. The large complex is conveniently located off interstate highways, close to some of Florida's most popular attractions, hotels, historic locations, downtown business, shopping malls, and restaurants.

Important Parking Info & Codes
Park in the Tampa Convention Center Garage, with entrance at 333 S Franklin St. Once parked, immediately use the pay machines and enter coupon code "5J4FM9" for free parking. This code will also work at the Pam Iorio and Fort Brooke garages if the TCC garage is full when you arrive.
